波浪式热熔粘合机设计拥有超强的热熔粘合功能，热熔粘合区域长3.2米，內置21组特殊发热模块以波浪式排列形成拉伸热熔效果，经多组温控仪操控发热系統，以图案方式独立显示每组发热板块工作状态，一目了然。使得热熔区內所需温度精准，使粘合物胶质熔点更透切、平順，以大型压力滚轴及高温硅胶包裹气缸加压法，压力稳定且均匀分布在滚轴的每个接压点上，使粘合物及工件成品效果更理想。

This machine was designed with super strong fusing function. Its heating zone is up to 3.2m long with 21 sets special heating plates arranged in wave shape. The heating system is controlled by microprocessor controller and each heating plate is individually indicated and status is shown clearly in pattern. So the temperature is much accurate in ensuring the materials can be laminated in thorough and smooth. Equipped with double rollers driven by pneumatic pressure to achieve the best and strong bonding effect.

功 能Functions：

1.采用进口材质高温铁弗龙皮带以“○”型环绕式传送，避免传动滚筒被粘胶缠绕而玷污粘合物(布料)。

2.內置耐高温光纤数据传感器操控皮带自动纠偏系統，确保输送带不易偏离，使皮带更具耐用性。

3.配置名厂变频调速器，既稳定又节能

4.內置二十四组特殊发热板块，以波浪式排列，形成拉伸热熔效果，令粘合物胶质熔点更透切、更平整、更牢固。

5.配置多组温控仪操控发热系统，令热区温度更精准。

6.设置图案式独立显示每组发热模块加热状态，工作情况一目了然。

7.大型压力滚轴及高温硅胶包裹气缸加压法，令粘合物及工件更牢固，成品效果更理想。

8.配置多组上、下皮带清洁装置，使皮带在洁净的状态下工作。

9.配置强劲抽风冷却系統，让粘合后的物料在短时间內冷却定型。
