 功能简介Function：

冷热一体粘合机功能由PLC智能人机界面全程操控，使各项技术指标更精准。本机分为冷、热两个区域，冷、热两区之间设置隔热层和热量回收再生使用装置，使冷、热两区分隔，避免热区热量侵入冷区，減少热能损耗又节能环保。

冷、热两区內部设置贯穿上、下同步“○”型环绕式传送带，取消S型导辊，无需拆辊清胶，使传送皮带持久光洁，使用率更高。

热熔区內设置上、下多组特殊发热板和红外辐射补温裝置，令升温更快更精准，內置温度30～200℃可调，热熔区內的未端设置胶辊气动滚压，在加热传送过程中胶质和织物充分熔合的同时进行加压，粘合工件特牢固。

冷烫区內置制冷机和冷烫模具，冷却温度10～35℃可调，在冷区的尾段设置气动滚压，在冷烫后进行再次加压定型，使粘合物光洁、平滑不起皱、尺寸不变形，手感柔软细膩，效果明显、速度快、产量大、皮带不粘胶、同时也可使用裸胶膜上胶贴合。

The Cold and Heat melt zone are separated with Thermal Insulation Compound avoiding the heat transfer into the Cold zone and Heat Recovery/Regeneration facilitating the reduction of energy consumption and waste.

With the implementation of synchronous inter-zone Conveyor Belt (O-Type), the heat zone is passing through to the cold zone and vice versa. Besides, with the Elimination of the S-Type Roller, the Conveyor Belt would run smoothly, run in higher utilization and keep in great condition without the need of removing the glue.

The heat melt zone is built-in with multiple sets of special heat plates and auxiliary with Infrared Radiation Devices so the heating would be faster and more accurate. The temperature could be adjusted from 30 ℃ and up to 200 ℃. Pneumatic-pressuring roller is placed at the end of the zone laminating the glue and fabric perfectly during the time of heating and rolling processes. Thus, the workpieces with high bonding strength.

The cold zone is built-in with cold pressing molds with adjustable temperature from 10 ℃ to 35 ℃. Pneumatic-pressuring roller is placed at the end of the Cold zone ironing and shrinking the materials tightly during the time of cooling and rolling processes. It is proven that the material would be finishing smoothly, wrinkle-free, softly, and delicately.
